This interval-based class combines a full-body strength training with high-intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body, improve your endurance and clear your mind! Modifications for all fitness levels are provided.

In response to COVID-19, this class will now be offered online utilizing the Zoom platform. Move with your favorite instructor from the comfort and safety of your own home! Participants will need to pre-register for class in order to attend.

Sick of boring cardio workouts? Get back to basics with a fitness boot camp class. These sessions, which focus on functional movements and exercises like push-ups, squats, sprints, and sit-ups, provide a killer workout and a chance to sweat. All fitness levels are welcome!
