Sweet Summer Habits

It’s Time Texas is hosting a free, statewide Sweet Summer Habits Campaign to encourage all Texans to start the summer off on the right foot by practicing healthy habits.

Virtual Chair Yoga

Austin

A gentle flow yoga class focus on the breath. Moving with the intention of creating space in the body and releasing tension from the body and mind. In Chair yoga we use a chair as the main prop. We practice modified postures that are accessible for everybody and will increase body awareness.

ZUMBA® is a fusion of Latin and International music / dance themes that create a dynamic and exciting workout. The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. All fitness levels are welcome!
