A gentle flow yoga class focus on the breath. Moving with the intention of creating space in the body and releasing tension from the body and mind. In Chair yoga we use a chair as the main prop. We practice modified postures that are accessible for everybody and will increase body awareness.
ZUMBA® is a fusion of Latin and International music / dance themes that create a dynamic and exciting workout. The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. All fitness levels are welcome!
MixxedFit® is a people-inspired dance fitness program that is a perfect blend of explosive dancing and boot camp inspired toning. Everything about this dance fitness program is big, exaggerated, and explosive! All fitness levels are welcome!
A great full body workout, alternating from upper and lower body exercises including elements of tabata interval training. Great for all levels!
Yoga is powered by Sana Yoga. Sana Yoga provides a pathway for healing with equitable and accessible programming, while organizing to reduce systemic factors that negatively impact mental health, physical health and social well being amongst our Latinx community and other marginalized communities.
