Virtual Zumba


ZUMBA® is a fusion of Latin and International music / dance themes that create a dynamic and exciting workout. The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. All fitness levels are welcome!

Virtual Yoga


In this slower-paced flow yoga class you will practice gentle poses, breathing techniques and  the poses are held for a long period of time. The practice allows you to relax and slow down, which helps alleviate stress, relieving tension and anxiety in the body. This yoga class is suitable for all levels, modifications and options will be offered.
