Everything about this dance fitness program is big, exaggerated, and explosive! All fitness levels are welcome! Join the Austin Parks Foundation, in Partnership with It's Time Texas for Fitness in the Park! This series aims to encourage community-wide physical activity and positive wellbeing through engaging fitness classes.

ZUMBA® is a fusion of Latin and International music / dance themes that create a dynamic and exciting workout. The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. All fitness levels are welcome!
