Virtual Zumba


ZUMBA® is a fusion of Latin and International music / dance themes that create a dynamic and exciting workout. The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. All fitness levels are welcome!


Virtual Strength & Stretch


During the first 30 minutes, this class will focus on body weight (added free weights are optional) exercises to build strength and tone muscle. The second half of the class will combine movement and breathing exercises to focus on improving flexibility and body awareness. This will help you release any tension and finish your session relaxed and grounded.
