Boot Camp at the Pan American Rec Center

An event every week that begins at 7:30 pm on Monday and Thursday, repeating until May 14, 2020
Sick of boring cardio workouts? Get back to basics with a fitness boot camp class. These group sessions, which focus on functional movements and exercises like push-ups, squats, sprints, and sit-ups, provide a killer workout and a chance to sweat outdoors.
