ZUMBA® is a fusion of Latin and International music / dance themes that create a dynamic and exciting workout. The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. All fitness levels are welcome! Join the Austin Parks Foundation, in partnership with It’s Time Texas for Fitness in the Park! This series aims to encourage community-wide physical activity and positive wellbeing through engaging fitness classes.
Fitness in the Park is set to take place in person in Austin, every other Saturday beginning July 9. Free classes are led by certified instructors from It’s Time Texas and accommodate all levels of fitness and abilities.
