An event every week that begins at 7:00 am on Thursday, repeating until August 29, 2020
This interval-based class combines a full-body strength training with high-intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body, improve your endurance and clear your mind! Modifications for all fitness levels are provided.
In response to COVID-19, this class will now be offered online utilizing the Zoom platform. Move with your favorite instructor from the comfort and safety of your own home!
