Join us for a special class to celebrate ‘International Day of Yoga.’ In this slower-paced flow yoga class you will practice gentle poses, breathing techniques and the poses are held for a long period of time. The practice allows you to relax and slow down, which helps alleviate stress, relieving tension and anxiety in the body. This yoga class is suitable for all levels, modifications and options will be offered.
