Virtual Boot Camp

An event every week that begins at 12:00 pm on Monday and Thursday, repeating until August 29, 2020

Sick of boring cardio workouts? Get back to basics with a fitness boot camp class. These sessions, which focus on functional movements and exercises like push-ups, squats, sprints, and sit-ups, provide a killer workout and a chance to sweat. All fitness levels are welcome!

In response to COVID-19, Boot Camp will now be offered online utilizing the Zoom platform. Move with your favorite instructor from the comfort and safety of your own home! Participants will need to pre-register for class in order to attend. Please use the following link to register:
