Wellness & You: Webinar Series

An event every 2 weeks that begins at 4:00 pm on Wednesday, happening 6 times
Join us every other Wednesday from 4pm to 5pm (CST) to learn from Instructor Sekoya and health coach Elizabeth about healthy eating.
Choose to join any or all of the following series:
- “Fad Diets”, June 3rd
- “Understanding the Current Nutrition Facts Labels”, June 17th
- “Impact of Sugar on your health”, July 1st
- “Portion Distortion and My Plate”, July 15th
- “Mindful Eating”, July 29th
- “Impact of Hydration on Your Health”, Aug 12th
