Balance the body’s strength and flexibility while improving coordination, increasing blood circulation and agility in a fun and relaxed atmosphere. All fitness levels are welcome!
In response to COVID-19, Yoga will now be offered online utilizing the Zoom platform. Shake and groove with your favorite instructor from the comfort and safety of your own home!
