Yes, our classes are open to anyone. Check out our class schedule here.
No, anyone can attend our virtual classes. Sign up for your next class here.
At the moment, you can only RSVP for one class at a time. Keep track of your RSVP’d classes through the My Classes page, which you can also get to by clicking the "My Classes" link in the top right corner of your screen.
You can RSVP for a class as long as it is listed on the calendar.
Each class is estimated to be one hour long. However, sometimes instructors may finish early or end a few minutes late.
No, participants can attend as many classes as they want.
View the activity calendar for an up-to-date schedule. Classes operate by spring, summer, and fall sessions, including a week break from classes between each session. There is a longer winter break pause between fall and spring sessions.

No, we do not require you to bring any equipment to a class. You are welcome to bring your own mat for yoga and cardio/strength training classes if you’d like.

Virtual Programming
All Stronger Austin classes are scheduled on Central Standard Time (CST). We recommend using a Time Zone Converter to confirm the correct class time in comparison to your time zone.
After you RSVP for your class, your Zoom link will be emailed to the email you used during registration. You can also find your Zoom link by clicking on the ‘Class RSVP List’ link on the top right hand corner of the website. If you are still having trouble with our system, please reference our user guide and reference page three for this particular issue.
No, our instructors use the live webinar feature on Zoom. No one can see or hear you. You can see and hear the instructor.
Participants can communicate with the Instructor through the chat feature on Zoom.
No, you can attend virtual classes by signing on to any device that can operate the Zoom video application.
