Virtual Cardio & Strength
Austin, TXGet a full body workout including cardio while working out different areas of your body. Increase your cardio endurance during this class by increasing and lowering your heart rate. Not only will you work your heart but you will also get your muscles burning to build strength!
Virtual Chair Yoga
Austin, TXA gentle flow yoga class focus on the breath. Moving with the intention of creating space in the body and releasing tension from the body and mind. In chair yoga we use a chair as the main prop. We practice modified postures that are accessible for everybody and will increase body awareness.
Virtual Zumba
Austin, TXZUMBA® is a fusion of Latin and International music / dance themes that create a dynamic and exciting workout. The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. All fitness levels are welcome!
Virtual MixxedFit®
Austin, TXMixxedFit® is a people-inspired dance fitness program that is a perfect blend of explosive dancing and boot camp inspired toning. Everything about this dance fitness program is big, exaggerated, and explosive! All fitness levels are welcome!

Virtual Strength & Stretch
Austin, TXDuring the first 30 minutes, this class will focus on body weight (added free weights are optional) exercises to build strength and tone muscle. The second half of the class will combine movement and breathing exercises to focus on improving flexibility and body awareness. This will help you release any tension and finish your session relaxed and grounded.
Virtual Low Impact Workout
Austin, TXThis low impact class involves a series of exercises using your own body weight for resistance. It will focus on recovering range of motion, toning, and will strengthen your legs, core and back, while improving your posture and flexibility
